What we use

• Your phone number and name, so we can message you on WhatsApp.
• Your calendar's free/busy times, if you connect Google or Outlook. We read when you're busy, never what your events are. We only create or change events that Quando made for a plan you're in.
• Your plans and answers (who's in, which times work) and the messages you send Quando.
• Booking site logins, only if you link one so Quando can book for you. They're encrypted and only typed into that site by our booking browser; the AI never sees them.

What others see

People in a plan see who's in and which times work for the group. Nobody sees your calendar or your events.

AI

Quando's assistant runs on Claude by Anthropic. Your messages and the plan details needed to answer them are sent to Anthropic to generate replies and are not used to train models. If you connect another AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT), it can use Quando's tools on your behalf until you disconnect it.

Google user data

Quando's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar data only to find free time and to add, update or remove events Quando created. We don't sell it, use it for ads, or let people read it.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while you use Quando. Message "delete my data" to Quando on WhatsApp, or email us, and we'll remove your account, plans and connected calendars within 30 days. You can disconnect a calendar from your Google or Microsoft account settings at any time.
